Native perennial commonly found on pond, stream and river margins with narrow, sword-like leaves and distinctive, upright, brown seed heads much like sausages on sticks! Very beneficial to frogs and other amphibians as well as birds and small mammals. A must for the pond or bog garden. Hardy Perennial
